Happy New Year!

What a year 2013 has been. This website got launched. I worked on some amazing projects with fantastic clients. I moved into a new home with a big work space, and a big park outside my door which has been great for inspiring walks. When I reflect back, I see the successes and the hard work that has sprouted Germinate Creative.

When I dream about 2014, first thing I do is take a look at the list my husband and I have written in our kitchen. Yes, they are resolutions. I’m not typically a resolution person, but I feel like the hard work of 2013 needs some reigning in 2014. Some goals are for this business: more branding and web design projects, along with sharing my process and inspiration on this blog. Some resolutions are for my relationship: more traveling, movie watching, and climb Dog Mountain already! And some are just for me: take a ballroom dance class, go on a meditation retreat, and be creative for my self.

As I reflect and dream about the past and future, I want to take a moment today for the big THANK YOU!

Thank you to all of my collaborators, partners, friends, parents, in-laws, family, baristas, yoga teachers, bus drivers, state park workers, marketing guru specialists, grocery store attendants, bike shop employees, waiters and waitresses, past clients, present clients, clients from the future… phew! There’s more people on that list that I am extremely grateful to have become friends with and worked with in the past year. I wonder, who will I meet and partner with in 2014???

I know that 2014 will be full of potential, abundance, and fun. Come join me!

Client Kudos

I’ve worked with Maria on two projects so far to do logo and branding work for two of my web clients. She’s a joy to work with. She’s organized but flexible, has great communication skills and a defined process that helps the project go smoothly, and of course, she does amazing work. I loved collaborating with her and wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again!
